I registered for an account but I don't get an activation link. What should I do?

If the email with the activation link has not arrived, please check your junk and / or spam basket. Because the email contains a link, it sometimes gets stuck in the email's spam filter.

In order for us to be able to help you, we need the following information when you contact us:

  • Email address you created the account with
  • The company name you entered when you created your account
