Are you trying to send alcohol with Sendify? Find out what's allowed and not allowed below.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to send alcohol to private individuals via Sendify.
You can only send wine, cider and beer (no spirits) and the goods must be packed on a full or half pallet.
Spirits are not allowed to be sent through Sendify and DHL.
Alcohol may not be sent on Fridays. The reason for this is that DHL wants to keep track of these shipments (DHL does not want them to remain at terminals over weekends).
The goods need to be wrapped in plastic so that they cannot be identified as alcoholic goods. Most of our customers wrap their shipments with black plastic. There are other ways to do this, but we would recommend black plastic if possible.
The goods must be packed with liquid-absorbing material to avoid damage to the goods and other goods at the terminals.
