How do I cancel a shipment that isn’t going to be sent?

To cancel a shipment completely, go to booked shipments and click on the cancel button.

 

It is worth knowing that you cannot cancel major shipments such as DHL Part Load (domestic) or DHL Euroconnect too late. In order not to risk any extra costs from the carrier for cancellation too late, we recommend that you cancel these shipments 24 hours before collection.

Parcel shipments can be canceled as late as one hour before collection.

How can I cancel a pick-up to leave the parcel at the terminal instead?

When you want to hand in a shipment at the terminal and therefore only want to cancel the pick-up, you are welcome to write to us in the chat or email us and we will help you with it!
