Guarantee delivery? No. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for DHL, as they are only estimated. If you want guaranteed on-time delivery, choose a UPS Express delivery solution.

A tailgate lift for collection and delivery is included in the price.

Supplements available:

If the add-on is purchased, the recipient will be notified that the shipment is on its way, as well as the delivery time. Please note that this can increase the lead time by up to one day.

If the supplement is purchased, the driver will contact the recipient 15-30 minutes before delivery.

Important:

For DHL Euroconnect, booking must be made no later than 14:00 on the working day before the scheduled pick-up. DHL only picks up on weekdays, which means that goods booked before 14:00 on Friday are picked up no earlier than Monday.

Cancellations

DHL charges a missed collection-fee for shipments that are canceled after the time of last booking. In practice, this means that if you have booked a pick-up with DHL Euroconnect for Tuesday, you can cancel it free of charge until 14:00 on Monday, after which DHL has the right to charge a fee for the cancellation. The cost is 50-100% of the shipping cost.
