      DHL Full Load

      DHL Full Load is DHL's product for larger domestic parties. Everything from single pallets to full cars.

      Available Options:

      • Unloading and/or loading with a tailgate lift
      • Maximum weight per package: 800 kg
      • Maximum package weight: Length: 2.4m Width: 1.1 m Height: 2.2 m and are manageable with a pallet jack.

      What types of packages can you send with DHL Full Load?

      • Package: Yes (note that all goods over 35 kg must be placed on a pallet)
      • Pallet: Yes
      • Non-stackable goods: Yes

      Guarantee delivery? No. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for DHL, as they are only estimated. If you want guaranteed on-time delivery, choose a UPS Express delivery solution.

      *1,000 kg is the minimum billable weight. You can send lighter goods but the lowest price that’s invoiced is based on 1,000 kg.

       

      Important:

      For DHL Full Load, booking must be made no later than 15:00 on the working day before the planned pick-up. DHL only picks up on weekdays, which means that goods booked before 15:00 on Friday are picked up no earlier than Monday.

       

      Services and supplements

      Services included in the price:

      Forklift
      A tailgate lift for collection and delivery is included in the price.

      Notify recipients
      If the add-on is purchased, the recipient will be notified that the shipment is on its way, as well as the delivery time. Please note that this can increase the lead time by up to one day.

      Delivery bill
      If the supplement is purchased, the driver will contact the recipient 15-30 minutes before delivery.

      Cancellations

      DHL charges a missed collection-fee for shipments that are canceled after the time of last booking. In practice, this means that if you have booked a pick-up with DHL Full Load for Tuesday, you can cancel it free of charge until 15:00 on Monday, after which DHL has the right to charge a cost for the cancellation. The cost is 50-100% of the shipping cost.
