Pickup, transit times and delivery days
Delivery days
FedEx International Economy service delivers in 2-5 business days, with transit times varying based on shipment origin and destination. Deliveries occur on all business days, and Saturday delivery is available in countries where it's a regular business day.
Pickup
The cutoff time for FedEx International Economy Freight pickup is displayed on the Sendify platform. If a pickup is missed, a new one can be scheduled by contacting customer support.
Parcel size and weight
FedEx International Economy accepts parcels up to 302 cm in length, 202 cm in width and 178 cm in height, with a maximum weight of 68 kg. Multi-piece shipments are also accepted.
Customs clearance
FedEx International Economy offers door-to-door, customs-cleared service, while completing and submitting customs documents online. Sendify as designated broker will simplify the customs process.
For FedEx International Economy, the maximum declared value of a shipment is $50,000. The declared value for carriage must not exceed the declared value for customs. Country-specific restrictions and requirements may apply.
Restrictions
This service does not accept dangerous goods. Additionally, perishables or cut flowers cannot be shipped.
Cancellation
If you do not want to ship your goods after all, you should cancel the shipment as soon as possible so that the shipping service provider does not come for pickup - simply click on the menu option "Shipments".
