What is FedEx Priority Freight?

FedEx Priority service is designed for less urgent pallet shipments from 68 kg, typically delivered by the end of the next business day.

Pickup, transit times, and delivery days

Delivery days

FedEx Priority Freight delivers Monday through Friday by the end of the next working day.

Pickup

The cutoff time for FedEx Priority Freight pickup is displayed on the Sendify platform. If a pickup is missed, a new one can be scheduled by contacting customer support.

Parcel size and weight

FedEx Priority accepts pallets up to 302 cm in length, 203 cm in width, 178 cm in height and a minimum weight of 68 kg. Multi-piece shipments are also accepted.

Restrictions

This service does not accept dangerous goods. Additionally, perishables or cut flowers cannot be shipped.

Cancellation

If you do not want to ship your goods after all, you should cancel the shipment as soon as possible so that the shipping service provider does not come for pickup - simply click on the menu option "Shipments".
