Sendify sends out invoices as a PDF via the email address you first registered your account with. The invoices are sent from our invoice partner Finqr. The invoices are sent out on Wednesdays and contain the shipments that have been collected since the last invoice.
To find your invoices, paid and unpaid, you can log in here: MyFINQR.
The payment terms are 20 days.
Should you wish to receive the invoice via E-invoice, post or other email address, you can contact finance@sendify.se and we will help you change this.
At present, it is not possible to pay invoices from Sendify by card, Swish or any other direct payment.
Sendify or Finqr do not charge an invoice fee.
