The following terms and conditions supplement the above-mentioned agreement when purchasing additional services in Sendify.
Satisfied customer guarantee
For us at Sendify, it is important that you as a customer are satisfied with us and our products and services. That's why we give you a satisfied customer-guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Sendify Plus, you will simply get your money back. Satisfied customer-guarantee applies for 20 days after purchase. If you want to use the customer satisfaction guarantee, contact us at finance@sendify.se.
You can of course use the guarantee for no reason at all, but we are grateful for feedback regarding what you are not happy with!
Price and payment
VAT is added to all prices and the prices are stated in Swedish kronor. We reserve the right to make any price changes. In the event of a price change, the price is adjusted according to the current paid period and you will be informed of the adjustment in good time (at least 30 days) before the period expires. Payment is normally made by invoice with a 20 days payment.
You can decide if you want your invoice via email as a pdf or as an e-invoice. When you first buy the service, we send out an invoice to you and you have a satisfied customer-guarantee until this invoice expires. If you are not satisfied with the service, you don’t pay the invoice. Read more about how to use your satisfied customer guarantee under the heading “Satisfied customer guarantee” in this agreement.
To cancel the subscription, you as a customer must notify Sendify of this before the new period begins. All subscriptions are automatically extended for a new period. If we need to remind you of the payment, you will be charged a reminder fee of SEK 60. We also charge default interest at 7.5%.
If, despite our reminder, you do not pay the invoice, we hand over the case to our debt collection company and the usual debt collection fees will be added.
Cancel your subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, you must do so no later than the last day of your current contract period. If the cancellation comes in later than that, it means that the agreement has been extended for another period. The cancellation will then only take effect when the current agreement period expires. To cancel your agreement, contact us by email at finance@sendify.se Your cancellation applies from the date the information reaches us and we send out a confirmation that the subscription has been canceled.
Claim
If you want to start a claim regarding your purchase of Sendify Plus or have objections to the invoice, you must contact us no later than 14 days after the invoice date. Contact us via chat, email or phone. See also the section on “Satisfied customer-guarantee”.
Other
We reserve the right to make printing errors in price lists, printed matter and on websites. Information about products, services and conditions stated on our website is subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right that the carrier refuses to use the service you have purchased. If this should happen and you still have paid time left in your subscription, we will refund you for the part of the period you can not use.
