Sendify Receiver Pays (for senders)
Sendify Receiver Pays allows you, as the sender, to book a shipment using your receiver's Sendify agreement. You book the shipment — your customer pays for the freight.
When can I use Sendify Receiver Pays?
Receiver pays is used when your receiver:

Wants the freight to be booked on their agreement

Has shared their Sendify Receiver Pays account number with you
What do I need?
To book with Sendify Recipient Shipping, you need:

A Sendify account

Your customer’s Sendify Recipient Shipping account number (format: SNXXXXXXXXXXXX)

Information about which carrier and service should be used
How do I book Sendify Receiver Pays?

Log in to your Sendify account, or create one at web.sendify.se/sign-up

Go to New shipment

Enter the recipient’s details

Toggle the option “The recipient pays for the delivery”

Select Sendify as the carrier

Enter your customer’s Sendify account number

Complete the booking
You print shipping documents and track the shipment as usual, and your recipient can view and manage the shipment from their Sendify account.
💡 Keep in mind:

Make sure you have the correct Sendify account number before booking

Ensure you and your customer agree on which shipping services to use

If the recipient does not accept the payment, you will be charged

You can save your customer’s Sendify account number in your address book to avoid entering it manually for each booking

Do I need my own Sendify account?
Yes. You need an account to create a shipment in Sendify.
Can I see the shipment in my account?
Yes. You can view and track the shipment in your Sendify account.
Does it cost anything to use Sendify Recipient Shipping?
No. You do not pay for the freight if the receiver accepts the payment, and the Receiver Pays functionality is free of charge for both you and your recipient.
