If your shipment is missing scans, the carrier needs to investigate this in the form of a search request.
Sometimes goods get stuck on the road. You may notice that the package has stopped getting scans or the recipient contacts you to say that they haven't received the shipment.
Of course, Sendify will help you investigate and manage the search case with the carrier you booked with. To be able to do this, we need to get some more information about your shipment, we get this information by filling out a search request via your account.
You find this via "Shipments" in your account, press the three dots on the right and then select "Start a search errand".
Then fill in this form and give us the information we need to start an errand with the carrier:
The carriers have about 30 days domestically and 60 days for international shipments to search for a goods, depending on which carrier, before the errand is considered a claim instead.
