Terms for Booking DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) through Sendify AB
By booking transport with the delivery term DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Sendify AB, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Responsibility for Customs Costs and Fees
When choosing DDP as the delivery term according to Incoterms® 2020, the seller (sender) is responsible for all costs incurred in connection with customs clearance in the destination country, including but not limited to:

Import duties and taxes

Customs handling fees

Any administrative costs related to customs clearance
Maximum Order Value
The maximum order value when booking with DDP via Sendify AB must not exceed 50,000 SEK.
Approval of Charges
The customer (sender) agrees that all of the above-mentioned costs will be charged to them in connection with the transport. These costs may be invoiced separately in addition to the freight cost if required by customs authorities or other relevant parties.
Obligations and Compliance
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete customs documents and for complying with applicable laws and regulations in both the country of origin and the destination country. Sendify AB is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or other consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
Changes and Additional Fees
Any changes in customs duties or taxes that arise after booking but before delivery may affect the final cost. The customer agrees to cover these costs if required.
Force Majeure
Sendify AB cannot be held liable for delays or increased costs arising due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
By completing a booking with DDP as the delivery term via Sendify AB, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the above terms.
