The TNT Express service has different service levels depending on whether you use it domestically or internationally. For international shipments, this is TNT's cheapest guarantee service. One of the great advantages of TNT Express is that it is often possible to book the transport late and still get a pick-up the same day.
Worth noting: TNT's northernmost terminal is located in Örebro, which means that lead times north of Örebro are often longer.
What can you send with TNT Express (International)?
- Package: Yes
- Pallet: No.
- Non-stackable goods: Yes.
*Goods over 70 kg must be placed on pallets.
A tailgate lift for collection and delivery is included in the price.
If the add-on is purchased, the recipient will be notified that the shipment is on its way, as well as the delivery time. Please note that this can increase the lead time by up to one day.
If the supplement is purchased, the driver will contact the recipient 15-30 minutes before delivery.

Cancellation
If you are not going to send your shipment, you should cancel it so that the carrier does not come out unnecessarily. You can do this easily via the "orders" menu option.
