These goods cannot be sent via Sendify:
- Dangerous goods including dangerous goods in limited and reduced quantities
- All types of tobacco including snus*
- Alcoholic beverages (liquor - wine - beer - cider)
- All forms of drug-classified preparations, prescription as well as non-prescription
- Drugs
- Products that require special conditions (eg temperature-controlled environments)
- Food
- Tempered goods (Refrigerate or Freeze)
- Shipments that risk damaging people or other property
- Live or dead animals and insects
- Gold, silver, valuable jewelry and watches
- Precious metals, precious stones, industrial diamonds
- Art / paintings / sculptures
- Currencies, cash, coins, banknotes, securities, passports, other negotiable documents or valid securities
- Credit or debit card
- All forms of weapons, weapon imitations
- Human remains including ash
- Live plants, fresh produce
- Invaluable objects, antiques, art, collectibles
- Illegal goods such as ivory, fur and endangered animal products
- Moving goods outside the EU
*For snus, only tobacco-free snus applies (no tobacco, only nicotine).
This can only be sent domestically with the following DHL products:
- DHL Pallet
- DHL Piece
- DHL Full Load
