Please note that if you request the driver to call 15-30 minutes before pickup, this is only a request and not a guarantee. If you want this to be guaranteed, you need to add it as an additional service during the booking:

Delivery without signature is a convenient service for those who want to ensure their deliveries regardless of whether the recipient is present or not.

For those who prefer to drop parcels by themselves at a designated collection point*, nearby depot, or terminal (or those with scheduled pickup agreements).

*You can drop off any UPS product at a UPS Access Point. For DHL, only Service Point product can be dropped off at a Service Point; other DHL products must be handed in at a terminal.
