Bring Home Delivery brings larger e-commerce orders — furniture, white goods, electronics, home interiors — straight to your customer's home. The service is intended for shipments over 35 kg and offers two service levels (Curbside and Indoor) so your customers decide when and how the goods are received.

Bring Home Delivery brings larger e-commerce orders — furniture, white goods, electronics, home interiors — straight to your customer's home. The service is intended for shipments over 35 kg and offers two service levels (Curbside and Indoor) so your customers decide when and how the goods are received.
- 10–19 — Stockholm and surrounding area
- 20–27 — Skåne and Malmö region
- 40–44 — Göteborg and Halland region
- 55–56 — Jönköping region
- 70–71 — Örebro region
If you sell kitchens, white goods, furniture, or sports and home-gym equipment, Bring Home Delivery is a natural fit. Bring can install and assemble products at the time of delivery, and take leftover packaging back with them. Several return options are also available — collection from the recipient's home, or the recipient handing over an old item when a new one is delivered.

How it works
Pick the level of service that fits the delivery in front of you.
1Carrying in (Bring Home Delivery Indoor)
Bring delivers the goods to a designated place at the recipient's home.
2Curbside delivery (Bring Home Delivery Curbside)
Bring delivers to the kerb, property line or front door.
3Self-pickup point
The recipient chooses the date and time to collect the goods from a selected pickup point.
4Installation and assembly
Bring installs and assembles the product on site at the time of delivery.
5Returns
Bring collects heavier return goods from the recipient's home, kerb or property line.
Make pickup smooth
- Provide the correct address and make sure the pickup location is accessible.
- Be on site and ready — Bring's driver waits a maximum of 5 minutes.
- The goods must be fully packed at the pickup location.
- Alternative: drop the goods off at Bring's terminal.
Cancellation and no-show
If a shipment is not going to be sent, cancel it in Sendify so Bring doesn't drive out unnecessarily. You can cancel under Orders in Sendify.
Additional services
These add-ons give your customers extra flexibility and freedom of choice.
Unpacking
Bring removes the outer packaging — corrugated cardboard and protective plastic — and takes it to a recycling station.
Installation and assembly
Electrical or water connection by a qualified installer, wall-mounting a TV, function test of a dishwasher or washing machine.
Signature required
Bring's driver hands over against signature. Flex delivery (no acknowledgement of receipt) is disabled.
Swap return
The recipient returns a faulty item to Bring's driver at the same time as the replacement is delivered.
Environmental return
Bring transports used products — for example an old washing machine — to a recycling station.
Returns
Choose whether the recipient carries the item out to street level, or you order a full collection through Bring.
