Bring PickUp Parcel Bulk
Bring PickUp Parcel Bulk sends parcels from Sweden to a service point or parcel locker in Norway. Your parcels travel as one consolidated shipment, clear customs together, and are then distributed individually to your customers.
- Bulk service: parcels are collected in Sweden, palletised and taken through customs in one declaration.
- Distribution in Norway covers the whole country.
- Availability depends on your agreement. If the service is not shown in Sendify, contact Sendify support.
This is the lowest-cost way to reach Norwegian consumers when they do not need the parcel brought to the door. Bring notifies the recipient by SMS, email or the Bring app when the parcel is ready, and the recipient collects it with a pickup code. Parcels are normally held for 7 days at a service point and 4 days in a parcel locker.

What does it cost?
The price you see in Sendify is the price you pay. It already includes Bring's fuel surcharge, terminal handling in both countries, and export and import customs clearance with up to three goods lines per invoice. Additional goods lines, and address-based surcharges for city centres and remote areas in Norway, are added from the postcode and shown before you book. Parcels over 120 cm on the longest side, parcels with two sides over 60 cm, and rolls, tubes and irregular shapes are charged a special handling fee.
How it works
1Book in Sendify
Enter the recipient address, the parcel dimensions and the weight, then print one label per parcel.
2Pickup in Sweden
Bring collects the parcels and consolidates them onto pallets for the trip to Norway.
3One customs clearance
Export and import declarations are handled for the whole batch, based on your invoice.
4Distribution in Norway
The pallet is split at a Norwegian terminal and each parcel goes on to its recipient.
Before you book
- Every parcel needs its own label, and the parcels travel together as one consolidated shipment.
- A commercial or proforma invoice must accompany the shipment, in two copies.
- Describe the goods concretely. "Textiles, cotton t-shirts" clears customs, "goods" does not.
- Keep to three goods lines per invoice where you can, since further lines add cost.
- Dangerous goods can only be sent as limited quantities, and only once the setup has been approved.
Cancellation
If a shipment is not going to be sent, cancel it in Sendify under Orders so Bring does not collect unnecessarily. The latest booking time for your pickup address is shown in Sendify.
