Own agreement with DHL Paket 🇩🇪

You can register your DHL Paket agreement in Sendify to book and compare your freight agreement when booking shipments in Sendify. We handle all communication with DHL Paket so you can book all your freight in one place.

How to get started

Log in to Sendify and go to "Own Agreements" in the menu, select DHL Paket and click "Add" and follow the instructions.

How to find your details on your DHL Paket contract

1) Login to DHL Business Customer Portal with your login details, these are also used by Sendify to authorize towards your account in DHL Paket so that we can book and track your DHL Paket shipments. 

2) Go to "Contract Data" that you find in the menu to the top right

3) Scroll down to view your "Contract data overview"

4) Grab the Billing number for DHL Paket and DHL Paket International products

How to activate pricing

If you want to see your DHL Paket prices and compare them in Sendify, we need a price file from you. 

Once uploaded, we will review it and add the price specifications to the correct transport service. We also apply the current fuel surcharge and other surcharges such as heavy goods fees, but we are not responsible for updating these when and if they change.

Done! You can now go in and book on your own agreement with DHL Paket
