DSV FTL - full-load freight
DSV FTL (full load) moves complete international, cross-border truckloads door to door, partly through DSV's international network. It suits consignments that fill a trailer or exceed part-load limits.
- Consignments over 22 500 kg gross weight, 13.1 loading metres or 66 m³
- Maximum package length 6 m, width and height 2.20 m
- Standard vehicle: 13.6 m curtain-sided Euro trailer, up to 33 pallets and 24 t
- At least 14 tension belts are provided per full load
Book DSV FTL at least two working days before loading, by 15:00. A one-person crew is standard, and loading and unloading take place from the rear via a ramp. The sender and recipient provide the loading and unloading equipment and carry out the work. Consignments with a goods value over 100 000 EUR need a pre-announcement at least 72 hours before loading.
DSV FTL does not carry removal goods, temperature-controlled goods, live animals, unpackaged plants or perishables, tobacco and alcohol, weapons and ammunition under weapons-control law, radioactive goods, consignments unloaded from the side or by crane, packages over 30 kg that a forklift cannot move, cash-on-delivery shipments, neutrality or avis orders, defined exclusion areas, or seaport consignments.
What does it cost?
The price you see in Sendify already includes all of DSV's charges. Up to 60 minutes' stand time is included; after that, 80 EUR per started hour applies.

Late pickups, late deliveries and cancellations
Pickup and delivery times for DSV are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather or customs, so they cannot be guaranteed. Cancel in good time: if you cancel after the booking cut-off time, DSV may charge a late cancellation fee of 50-70% of the shipment cost. If a collection is not executed, for example the driver did not arrive or the goods were not ready, you can rebook it in Sendify under Shipments > Alternative > Reschedule collection, or contact Sendify support so it can be raised with DSV.

Add cover for the consignment.
Time window

Pickup or delivery on a fixed, agreed day.
Pallet exchange
DSV exchanges pallets or other loading equipment by arrangement.
