DSV Parcel Home is the parcel option for deliveries to private individuals. Parcels are delivered to the residential address and the recipient is kept informed by SMS.

What does it cost?

The price you see in Sendify already includes all of DSV's charges. A heavy-parcel surcharge applies over 20 kg, and a 140 SEK surcharge applies to parcels that cannot be machine-sorted.

Late pickups, late deliveries and cancellations

Pickup and delivery times for DSV are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather or customs, so they cannot be guaranteed. Cancel in good time: if you cancel after the booking cut-off time, DSV may charge a late cancellation fee of 50-70% of the shipment cost. If a collection is not executed, for example the driver did not arrive or the goods were not ready, you can rebook it in Sendify under Shipments > Alternative > Reschedule collection, or contact Sendify support so it can be raised with DSV.
