What is FedEx International Priority?
FedEx International Priority is a reliable international parcel shipping and customs clearance service for packages up to 68 kg. Parcels are being delivered in 1-3 business days. FedEx guarantees three delivery attempts for businesses and two for residential addresses including a proof of delivery.
Pickup, transit times and delivery days
Delivery days
FedEx International Priority delivers Monday through Friday by the end of the working day. Saturday delivery is available for countries where that’s a regular business day.
Pickup
The cutoff time for FedEx International Priority pickup is displayed on the Sendify platform. If a pickup is missed, a new one can be scheduled by contacting customer support.
Parcel size and weight
FedEx International Priority accepts parcels up to 274 cm in length and 330 cm combined length and girth, with a maximum weight of 68 kg. Multi-piece shipments are also accepted.
Dangerous goods
This service does accept dangerous goods. Please refer to FedEx’s guide on dangerous goods and get in touch with our customer service team to find out if your shipment can be accepted by FedEx.
Restrictions
Perishables or cut flowers cannot be shipped.
Cancellation
If you do not want to ship your goods after all, you should cancel the shipment as soon as possible so that the shipping service provider does not come for pickup - simply click on the menu option "Shipments".
