Integration: Fortnox
Follow the steps below to get started with your integration with Fortnox.
- Go to “Integrations” on your account

- Choose a name for your integration. Click on “Next step”.

- Generate an API key by selecting a user. Click on “Get API key”.

- Click on “Create new connection”.

- Click on “Connect”.

- Log in with your credentials in Fortnox.

- Click on “Approve authorization”.

- Click on “Save connection”.
- Choose whether you want to import orders based on “Order” or “Invoice”.
- If you want to import via “Order”, select:
Order (Fortnox) → Shipment (Sendify) & Shipment (Sendify) → Order (Fortnox)
- If you want to import via “Invoice”, select:
Invoice (Fortnox) → Shipment (Sendify) & Shipment (Sendify) → Invoice (Fortnox)-png.png?width=670&height=735&name=image%20(90)-png.png)
- Click on “Save & start integration”.
Note! It is important to specify whether the recipient is a company or an individual when creating an order in Fortnox. This will determine whether the shipment is addressed to a company or an individual in Sendify.-png.png?width=670&height=234&name=image%20(91)-png.png)
