Invoice explanation

  • Your order number: Your shipment number.
  • Expected chargeable weight: Expected freight carrier weight is based on the dimensions and the weight you entered in Sendify when you booked.
  • Actual chargeable weight: The actual freight-bearing weight is based on the dimensions and the weight the carrier receives when it checks weighs your goods at the terminal.

Costs

Shipping / Transport cost:

The basic cost that each carrier charges for your shipping. The cost is included in the Sendify price.

Fuel surcharge: Supplement for fuel. The cost varies depending on current fuel prices. The supplement is calculated as a percentage of the transport cost and is included in the Sendify price

Notification: DHL charges a fee if you add notification to your shipment. The fee is included in the Sendify price. DHL can add a notification if they fail to deliver your goods.

Package supplement: Supplement for shipments with six or more packages. The extension is included in the Sendify price.

Place supplement (Odd Place / Gotland): Price surcharges are made for transport to certain locations and are included in the Sendify price.

City supplement: This supplement applies to transports to recipients in the Stockholm area (pnr 10- 19) and in the Gothenburg area (pnr 40-44). The cost is included in the Sendify price.

Delivery to private person: DHL charges a cost for delivering a home to a private individual. The cost is included in your Sendify price if you choose "to private person".

Incorrect package marking: Completion / change of mandatory information or unreadable barcode. Never be included in your Sendify price.

Delivery barriers: At those times when we can not deliver the shipment due to the recipient not being available at the specified delivery address or otherwise not wanting or unable to receive the goods. Never included in your Sendify price.

New delivery: If a goods can’t be delivered and taken back to the terminal, a new delivery can be requested. Never included in your Sendify price.

Uncollected shipment: For packages that have not been picked up by a Service Point representative within 14 days. Never included in your Sendify price.

Unredeemed goods: For consignments that remain at the terminal after notification, for example because the recipient does not receive the goods, a fee is added per consignment and calendar day from the fourth day from the time the goods are announced. Never included in your Sendify price.

Outside product specification: A fee will be added for shipping and / or individual packages that deviate from permitted dimensions and / or weights, or alternatively packages with packaging that does not allow mechanical sorting. Never included in your Sendify price except when a shipment is over 120cm and goes to Service Point / Agent at DHL.

Change of transport assignment: At times when the freight payer changes the transport assignment after its start, when a shipment can not be delivered according to the assignment or when the freight payer wants to correct an invoiced shipment. Never included in your Sendify price.
