No, currently, it is not possible to book a pickup from a private person. Sendify is for business to business or business to consumer (B2B or B2C) to send their shipments.
If your company is a sole proprietorship that has a business address that is the same as your home address, it is okay to enter that address as the pickup address, but it is then important that you are on site all day between 8am-5pm as that is the time for pickup by the carriers.
To make it clear to the driver, it's important to include a company name on the shipping label, even if it's just a first and last name. It is also important to make it visible to the driver with a company logo or sign where they should pick up the goods.
