ZIP code

The most common error when we don’t find a solution for a shipment is that the zip code provided does not match with the system. Double check if you’ve typed a number incorrectly and if it still does not work, it may be because the post code has changed for that particular address. You can use Postnummerservice to find different post codes within Sweden. You can find it here.

Countries that do not use postal codes?

Another challenge with post codes is that some countries do not use post codes. Some examples of countries that do not use post codes are Hong Kong, Ireland and Dubai. If you are sending to a country that does not have a post code, you must do the search via "New shipment" to get a result. At the box for zip codes you can either typ “00000” or “99999”.

Wrong measurements

If you have not received a solution, it’s good to make sure that you have typed in the dimensions of the package in cm and the weight in kg. If you have entered the measurements in cm and the weight in kg without coming up with a solution, it may have something to do with the package being too large or small for the freight product you want to book.

For example: DHL as a limit that the packages needs to be at least: 15 cm x 11 cm x 3,5 cm
