Sendify Receiver Pays (for senders)

As the sender, you book the shipment in Sendify on your customer's account number. You handle the booking — your customer pays for the freight.

info
Did you receive an invitation? If your customer invited you via Sendify, you received an email with a link. Follow that link to get started — the address and account number are already filled in for you. This page describes the manual flow for those who received an account number another way. Read more about how recipients invite suppliers in Invite suppliers.

When is recipient freight used?

Your customer shares their Sendify account number with you and asks you to book on it. This is common when the recipient:

schedule
  • Wants the freight charged to their own agreement and prices.
  • Has asked you to ship according to their freight setup.
  • Has shared their Sendify account number with you.

What do you need?

checklist
  • Your own Sendify account.
  • Your customer's recipient freight account number (format: SNXXXXXXXXXXXX).
  • Information on which carrier and product to use.
