Integration: WooCommerce

How to do it:

1. Log in to Sendify and go to Integrations.
2. Click Connect next to WooCommerce.
3. Name the integration (optional).
   Tip! If you have multiple stores in the same system, it’s a good idea to give the integrations clear names so you can easily tell them apart.

4. Click Take me there.

    

5. Fill in the following details:

   • Your store URL
   • Consumer Key
   • Consumer Secret

   Not sure where to find these details? See more information further down in the article.

6. Select language and click Connect.

    

7. Complete the connection by selecting which order status in WooCommerce should trigger an order to be imported into Sendify. Here, you also choose which status the order should be updated to in WooCommerce when the shipment is booked in Sendify.
8. Select the features you want to activate.
9. Choose a start date for the integration.
10. Done!

Did you receive an error message when clicking Connect? Try the following:

• Make sure you have entered the correct store URL. Don’t forget https:// and sometimes www.
• Check the permissions of the API keys. When generating the API keys in WooCommerce, the correct permissions must be selected for the keys to work. You can find the required permissions further down in this article.

Create Consumer Key and Consumer Secret in WooCommerce

1. Log in to WooCommerce.

2. Go to WooCommerce ➡️ Settings.

3. Go to Advanced and click REST API.

4. Click Add Key.

5. Fill in the following information:

   • Description: Enter a name, preferably Sendify.

   • User: Select a user.

   • Permissions: Select Read/Write.

    

    

6. Click Generate API Key.

7. Copy your keys.
   Note! The keys are only shown once. Save them in a secure place immediately.
