DSV System Priority - prioritised groupage freight

DSV System Priority is the prioritised version of DSV System. It moves palletised and loose business freight door to door through DSV's own general cargo network across Europe, with a relation-based delivery time by postcode - the fastest standard transit DSV publishes in the DSV Scheduler.

Choose DSV System Priority when the lane needs the fastest standard groupage transit. Delivery times run Monday to Friday and are based on sender and recipient postcodes in the DSV Scheduler.

DSV System Priority does not carry removal goods, temperature-controlled goods, live animals, unpackaged plants or perishables, weapons and ammunition under weapons-control law, shipments that must be unloaded from the side or by crane, or packages over 30 kg that a floor conveyor cannot move.

What does it cost?

The price you see in Sendify already includes all of DSV's charges. The minimum charge is 288 SEK per shipment.

Booking and handling

  • Register pickups with DSV customer service before 10:00 on the pickup day.
  • Use transport-safe packaging and mark each item with a barcode label.
  • Attach delivery notes to the goods - they are not transported separately.
  • DSV collects and delivers Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00.
Late pickups, late deliveries and cancellations

Pickup and delivery times for DSV are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather or customs, so they cannot be guaranteed. Cancel in good time: if you cancel after the booking cut-off time, DSV may charge a late cancellation fee of 50-70% of the shipment cost. If a collection is not executed, for example the driver did not arrive or the goods were not ready, you can rebook it in Sendify under Shipments > Alternative > Reschedule collection, or contact Sendify support so it can be raised with DSV.
