Pallet Exchange Germany

Pallet exchange allows you to trade Euro pallets at collection and delivery, saving costs on buying new ones. It’s available in select countries and requires pallets to meet specific quality standards.

Pallet Exchange allows you to swap empty EURO/EPAL pallets at collection and/or delivery, soyour pallet pool remains balanced. The carrier manages the pallet account and keeps track of your pallet balance directly.

Important: Pallet Exchange is available only to registered senders. You must contact us before activation so we can set it up with the carrier. Without this setup, pallet exchange will not be carried out.

How Pallet Exchange Works

You can request Pallet Exchange at collection, delivery, or both.

  • At collection: Your loaded pallets are taken onboard. In return, you receive the same number of empty pallets.

  • At delivery: The consignee receives the goods on pallets and hands back the same number of empty pallets to the driver.

This helps reduce the constant purchase of new pallets and ensures cost efficiency and sustainability.

  1. Ask the driver to note it on the consignment note or delivery bill.

  2. Contact our Service Team via chat or email contact@sendify.de, including your shipment number and a note about the missed exchange.

We will follow up with the carrier to resolve the issue.

A pallet is not eligible for exchange if it has:

  • Missing boards
