      DHL Pallet

      Are you sending EUR pallets domestically? Then DHL Pallet can be the product for you.

      For country specific details, please consult the page in your local language.

      DHL Pallet is a product for full and half pallets domestically. You can mix whole and half pallets in the same shipment, but you can send a maximum of 3 pallet places with the product DHL Pallet.

      That means you can either book 3 full pallets, 6 half pallets or a mixture of both.  

      Available Options:

      • Unloading and/or loading with a tailgate lift
      • Maximum weight per package: 800 kg
      • Maximum package weight: Length: 2.4m Width: 1.1 m Height: 2.2 m and are manageable with a pallet jack.

      What can you send with DHL Pallet?

      Guaranteed delivery? No. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are only estimated. If you want guaranteed on-time delivery, choose a UPS Express delivery solution or purchase the add-on.

      Important:
      If your pallet has an overhang, ie that goods sticks outside of the pallet, DHL will convert your shipment to DHL Piece or DHL Full Load and invoice according to updated measurements. This can be unnecessarily expensive, so be sure to pack the goods without overhang!

       

      Services and supplements

      Services included in the price:

      Forklift
      A tailgate lift for collection and delivery is included in the price.

      Supplements available:

      Notify recipients
      If the add-on is purchased, the recipient will be notified that the shipment is on its way, as well as the delivery time. Please note that this can increase the lead time by up to one day.

      Delivery bill
      If the supplement is purchased, the driver will contact the recipient 15-30 minutes before delivery.

      Sendify secure

      Ship safely with Sendify Secure, the obvious protection for your shipment no matter which carrier you choose or where you ship to. Learn more here.


      The shipment is guaranteed to arrive before a certain time.


      This allows the recipient to receive the goods without being present.

      Cancellation

      If you are not going to send your shipment, you should cancel it so that the carrier does not come out unnecessarily. You can do this easily via the "orders" menu option.
